1953 BUICK SKYLARK CONVERTIBLE

This matching-numbers Skylark underwent a professional rotisserie restoration completed in January 2014. During the restoration the body was stripped to bare metal, all flooring and inner body were sandblasted, epoxy-coated and painted before being reassembled with all-new nuts and bolts, and then finished in red paint over a two-tone red and white interior with a white power convertible top. It is powered by a rebuilt 322ci V8 engine matched to an automatic transmission. This Skylark is equipped with power windows, seats, radio antenna, steering and brakes, new wheel cylinders and rebuilt brake booster. The car also has stainless-steel brake and fuel lines, stainless-steel exhaust system, new wiring harnesses, new hydraulic cylinders and rebuilt pump and valve. It features correct new leather upholstery, triple-plated chrome triple, precision panel fits, and laser-straight metal and paint.
