This comprehensive eight-year build by The Hot Rod Garage of Denton, MD, is powered by a Chevrolet ZZ-4 350ci V8 engine with a Demon 650 CFM carburetor and custom finned valve covers. The Edelbrock cylinder heads and intake manifold include 2.02/1.94 valves and a 10:1 compression ratio. The engine is paired to an automatic transmission featuring a Halibrand Champ quick-change rear end with a 3.65 ratio. The custom coupe is centered around a steel frame fabricated for a 1934 Ford by Magnum Axle. The front end of the frame was modified from the cowl forward with 1932 dimensions. Under the hood, you'll find a front end with a chromed SoCal brand tube suspension and a Magnum Axle 5-inch dropped chrome tube. Flanking these are polished 11-inch Superbell Rotors with polished Wilwood calipers, and Heidts coilovers complete the rear suspension. This custom coupe features Vintage Air.
